1. Until when can I return my purchase?

The return is free to charge if you proceed in one week from the day you’ve received your item.
It’s possible to request a return between the 8 th and the 14 th day, but in this case the shipment will be at the customer’s expenses..

2. Can I return custom or made-to-order items?

Made to order, customized or on demand products are not eligible for the return. This includes items that were out fo stock and have been made on specific request, customized embroidered items, made to measure items and every customization.

3. How can I proceed for the free of charge return?

To start a free of charge return operation, you have to send an email to our customer service at info@toosh.it within one week from the day you’ve received the package.
In this email, state the reason of the return and write your address, the day you prefer for the courier’s pick up and your bank details for the refund.
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an AWB label to print and put on the package, so the courier will collect it.

4. What happens after I send the return?

When we receive your return, we will verify that the item is intact, unused with the tag attached and in its original packaging. Then, we will proceed with the refund.

5. How long does it take for the refund to be made?

If the return is compliant, the refund will be processed within three working days. The effective refund time depends on your bank.

6. What can I do if I’ve received a faulty item?

If you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item, send us an email to info@toosh.it, stating the default and attaching a picture or a video. Then the procedure will be the same as the free to charge return.

7. Are the items damaged due to normal use considered defective?

No, items damaged due to normal wear, misuse or accidents are not considered defective.
