Our priority is to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products, but we understand that sometimes you have the need to return your purchase.

General Terms

The return is free to charge if you proceed in one week from the day you’ve received your item. It’s possible to request a return between the 8 th and the 14 th day, but in this case the shipment will be at the customer’s expenses..

Exclusions:

Made to order, customized or on demand products are not eligible for the return.

Return policy

To start a return, send an email to our customer service at info@toosh.it within 14 days. In this email, state the reason of the return and your bank details for the refund. Meanwhile, send back the item at your own expense to “Toosh - Via Vivaio 4 – 20122 Milano.”
When we receive your return, we will verify that the item is intact, unused with the tag attached and in its original packaging.
Then we will proceed with the refund..

Refund Time

If the return is compliant, the refund will be processed within three working days. The effective refund time depends on your bank.

Defective Items

We guarantee that every product is verify by our Qc department before being shipped, however if you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item, send us an email to info@toosh.it, stating the default and attaching a picture or a video, showing the packaging and the original tag still attached.
Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse or accidents are not considered defective.
